|Role Summary||Our workshop facilitators / trainers play a key role in selling and delivering our intellectual property covering transformation of organisational performance (change management, process facilitation and improvement, project management). The role is highly autonomous and the daily work can vary from training workshops to facilitation of client groups and everything in between.|

We provide mentoring, coaching, training and facilitation services to clients in need of transforming their organisations – usually for better performance, or rapid growth. People who want to have fun working and enjoy helping others learn and grow. People whose abilities are demonstrated in their delivery and who do not feel the need to keep telling people how clever they are. People who listen to clients needs and tailor their approach to deliver to expectations. People who do not need constant supervision. In return we offer a highly autonomous relationship where you will have a lot of control over your time. You will receive a generous percentage of any revenue you bring in. After a 90-day probationary period, you will receive four weeks paid holiday, two weeks training per year on topics of your choice and time off for voluntary work. You will always have flexible working hours, the potential to earn bonuses and time to maintain or advance your professional studies and qualifications. You will give and receive support to / from other team members. There is also an opportunity to become an owner in the company after two years of service.|
|Requirements||A bachelors degree or equivalent education showing you have completed a course of advanced study, although the topic is not important. A professional qualification in project management, change management, quality management or people development.|
